Our Approach

The Glass House Strategy

We believe that trust is the currency of development. At AIDI, every process – from the first donation to the final brick – is visible to the public.

Operational Principles

Conflict of Interest

Individuals abstain from discussions or
votes where they have a conflict. We prioritize integrity above all.

Decision Making

We consult beneficiaries, engage staff, and collaborate with partners. Every major decision is documented and communicated.

Multi-Sig Guarantee

Our platform requires digital approval from the Founder and at least 3 State Trustees before any disbursement is made.

The Process
